SEEL - 500

INDUSTRIAL CAPACITY.
BUILT FOR DEMANDING
SITES.

SEEL 500 is a higher-capacity wastewater treatment and water reuse system developed for demanding industrial and large commercial sites with greater daily volumes and more complex treatment requirements.

With a treatment capacity of 500 litres per hour, it extends the SEEL platform to 12 m³/day while maintaining a compact vertical footprint and integrated process configuration.

DISCUSS A PROJECT

02 / WHERE IT FITS

SEEL 500 is suited to projects where wastewater treatment forms part of the site’s core infrastructure — supporting higher flows, continuous operation and opportunities for treatment and reuse closer to the point of demand.

PROCESS + MANUFACTURING

For manufacturing and process environments where wastewater is generated as part of regular site operations and requires dependable on-site treatment.

LARGE
ESTATES

Suitable for larger commercial, hospitality or multi-building estates where wastewater demand is distributed across a substantial site.

SITE WIDE
WATER REUSE

For projects where treated wastewater can become part of a broader water-management strategy, reducing reliance on fresh water for suitable non-potable uses.

REMOTE INDUSTRIAL
OPERATIONS

For independent or outlying operations where local wastewater treatment can provide greater control than relying on conventional centralised infrastructure.

04 / INSIDE THE SEEL

INSIDE THE SEEL

SEEL 500 scales the vertical SEEL architecture for higher-capacity treatment, with the main process vessels positioned beneath a dedicated service deck for pumps, dosing, aeration, oxidation and control equipment.

01 / INLET + PRIMARY TREATMENT

Wastewater enters the SEEL system and is directed into the treatment process, preparing the flow for the biological stage.

02 / BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT

Aeration supports microorganisms as they break down organic matter and reduce the wastewater’s pollutant load.

03 / MEMBRANE FITRATION

MBR membranes separate suspended solids from the treated water, producing a high-quality clarified effluent.

04 / ADVANCED OXIDATION

Ozone and advanced oxidation provide an additional treatment stage, helping reduce more complex contaminants and further improve water quality.

05 / TREATED WATER

Following treatment and filtration, the processed water is collected for approved discharge or suitable non-potable reuse.

06 / CONTROL + DOSING

Pumps, dosing equipment, aeration and system controls are brought together on the service deck for automated operation and monitoring.
